Hello, I’m Aradia Arcanum

I am the Matriarch of the Coven of Dracarys Dei and Mentor. A lover of esoteric arts and a practitioner of astrology, expressed through natural magick, and esoteric practices.

I am a practitioner of astrology, practical magick, natural magick, divination, energy work, ritual, and the esoteric arts. My work draws from ancient magickal traditions, folk practices, planetary and astrological correspondences, spiritual symbolism, and the wisdom found within the many systems that have been used to understand our relationship with the seen and unseen worlds.

A large part of my work is bringing the old ways into the present.

I study ancient magick and esoteric traditions not to recreate the past, but to understand the principles behind them and explore how they can be incorporated into modern spiritual practice. After all the world is not as it used to be when some of these traditions and practices were created. I’m interested in that meeting place between ancient wisdom and modern life.

I’ve never been interested in following a spiritual path simply because someone told me it was the right one or because its the way it has always been done. I believe in studying the old ways, questioning what I am taught, testing what I learn through experience, and finding ways to make spiritual practice something that can actually be lived.

That is what eventually brought me to where I am today.

My work is about taking esoteric knowledge out of the abstract and putting it into practice. Astrology and planetary magick can help us understand the energies and patterns we are moving through. Natural and practical magick can give us ways to work intentionally with those energies. And a grounded spiritual practice can help us move through life with greater awareness and intention.

I share what I have learned through teaching, mentoring, practical workings, astrology, spiritual education, and the creation of tools for those who want to develop their own practice.

I don't believe there is one path that belongs to everyone. My role is not to tell you what you should believe. It is to share knowledge, practices, and perspectives that you can study, question, experience, and make your own.

This is the work I continue to walk every day: studying the old ways, practicing the magick, following the movements of the heavens, listening to my intuition, exploring the mysteries of the esoteric arts, and finding ways to bring ancient wisdom into a modern world.

This is my Arcanum.

And this is the work I am here to share.

Ancient magick meets modern practice.

I’ve spent much of my life searching for the deeper meaning behind the things we cannot always see.

My path into the esoteric arts was not a straight line. I was indoctrinated into Christianity as a young child, where I spent many years deeply involved in the church and its traditions. Over time, questions began to surface that could no longer be answered within the framework I had been given. That questioning eventually led me away from organized religion and toward a much broader exploration of spirituality, mysticism, astrology, magick, and the old esoteric traditions.

What began as questioning became a lifelong practice.

One of my favs….

“Withdraw into yourself and look. And if you do not find yourself beautiful yet, act as does the creator of a statue that is to be made beautiful: he cuts away here, he smoothes there, he makes this line lighter, this other purer, until a lovely face has grown upon his work. So do you also: cut away all that is excessive, straighten all that is crooked, bring light to all that is overcast, labour to make all one glow of beauty and never cease chiselling your statue, until there shall shine out on you from it the godlike splendour of virtue, until you shall see the perfect goodness surely established in the stainless shrine.”
